Fall Cash Raffle

Students have their tickets. Due on September 11, 2026. Drawing takes place on September 26, 2026. Each family is expected to sell 10 tickets.

Fall Festival of Bands

September 26, 2026

We will need volunteers to help with parking, tickets, concessions, and many other jobs.

Fall Pizza Sale

November 14, 2026

All students are expected to sell pizzas. If they cannot sell, they are required to make pizza in the morning with the approval of the director. We will need adult help making pizzas, driving routes, or selling at a location.

Garbage Plate Fundraiser

January 15, 2027

All students are expected to sell tickets for the fundraiser.

Spring Cash Raffle

Tickets handed out on February 12, 2027. Tickets are due on March 5, 2027. The drawing takes place on March 19, 2027. Each family is expected to sell 10 tickets for $5 each.

Winterguard Home Show

February 20, 2027

All hands on deck for this fundraiser! We need many volunteers to help with parking, tickets, concessions, and many other jobs.

Basket Raffle

March 19, 2027

All families are required to make a basket for this fundraiser. We will also need volunteers to help sell tickets the night of, as well as run concessions!

All hands on deck for this fundraiser! We need many volunteers to help with parking, tickets, concessions, and many other jobs.

Optional Fundraisers

Participation in these fundraisers is voluntary. However, they offer an excellent opportunity to contribute additional funds to your child's marching band account, which can be used for costs related to the marching band program.

Extra Fall Cash Raffle Tickets

o Date: Tickets handed out on August 6, 2026. Tickets are due on September 11, 2026. The drawing takes place on September 26, 2026.

o Details: There is a conversion chart for how many extra tickets you sell that we will hand out when we hand out the tickets!

Gift Card Calendar

o Date: November 2026

o Details: Families donate one $25 gift card. Then they sell raffle tickets for $10 each. Every ticket that you sell goes into your child's account! For example, if you sell 15 tickets, $150 goes into your student's account!
